I was introduced to The Reader's Eye not long ago. I like his works. It was so inspiring that I thought I'd share one of my works too, the one that I'm most proud. It's amateur poetry, definitely not as good as Gilbert's.
It is a long winding road
Lots of steep slopes and drops
Hand in hand we looked
Towards the endless horizon
“A journey of a thousand miles
Begins with a single step”
We took the first step
And never looked back

I have been happily attached and monogamous (I added that in for the fundamentalist Christians) for the past 4 years (we are having our 5 years anniversary this year). I love Singapore but really hate the PAP. I'm planning to be a permanent quitter (as MP Goh put it) for I'm planning not to return, why be in a country and contribute to it when it hates you so much?
